Agreement

By using this website or purchasing Tungsten, you agree to these terms. Paid subscriptions are also governed by the order form, quote, or master agreement we issue for your organisation. If those conflict with these website terms, the commercial agreement controls for the paid service.

The service

Tungsten is certification management software for aerospace design organisations. We provide access on a subscription basis. Features, pricing, and deployment options (cloud, hybrid, or self-hosted for enterprise) are described on our Pricing and Features pages and in your commercial agreement.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site or service: no unauthorised access, disruption, scraping that harms availability, or uploading unlawful content. You are responsible for credentials issued to your users and for the accuracy of certification data you store in Tungsten.

Intellectual property

Tungsten, the tungsten.aero site, and related trademarks and documentation remain the property of Altus Aeronautica Ltd or its licensors. You retain ownership of your organisation’s content and data uploaded to the service.

Warranties & liability

The marketing site is provided “as is”. For the paid product, warranties and liability caps are set out in your commercial agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
