How we handle personal data for Tungsten and tungsten.aero. Operated by Altus Aeronautica Ltd (UK company number 07747876).

## **Who we are**

Tungsten is a product of Altus Aeronautica Ltd (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the marketing site at tungsten.aero and the Tungsten SaaS application. For product security and residency details, see our [Trust & Security](https://www.tungsten.aero/trust) page.

## **Data we collect **

When you contact us via the website form, we collect the details you submit (name, email, optional company, subject, and message), plus technical metadata such as approximate IP address and submission time used for abuse prevention. If you create a Tungsten account, we also process account, workspace, and usage data needed to provide the service.

## **How we use data **

We use contact enquiries to respond to demos, pricing, and support requests. We use account and product data to operate Tungsten, maintain security and audit trails, improve the product, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

## **Legal bases (UK GDPR / GDPR) **

Depending on the context, we rely on contractual necessity, legitimate interests (for example responding to enquiries and securing our systems), consent where required (for example certain cookies), and legal obligation.

## **Retention & location **

Contact enquiries are retained as needed to complete the conversation and for reasonable business records. Product data is retained for the life of the customer relationship and any regulatory or contractual retention period. Tungsten stores customer data in EU/UK infrastructure where described on Trust & Security.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing.
